What to Expect

Each session begins with a grounding meditation and intention setting, followed by 30-45 minutes of guided breathwork. We close with integration time and optional sharing.

You'll need a comfortable space where you can lie down undisturbed, a yoga mat or blanket, and headphones for the best audio experience.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link, detailed preparation instructions, and everything you need to know.
